There are 14 foods that by law must always be labelled. For Wylde Green 11 of these are relevant. These include – Cereals ( Spelt, Barley, Oats etc ) Eggs, Peanuts, Soybeans, Milk, Nuts, Celery/ Celeriac, Mustard, Sesame, Sulphur, Lupin. I am very happy to cater for intolerances and allergies but if the intolerance is severe I cannot guarantee that my food will be safe for you, my kitchen is small and nuts live there!
